By setting up your leasing subscription you automatically agree to all of the following conditions. Please read through this & make sure you understand the terms before making your subscription payment.

1.  Taurman Enterprises will retain the ownership of the domain name during the leasing period. Should you decide you want to purchase the site you can do so for a one time payment of $99.00 and upon payment completion the domain name will be transferred to your Namecheap.com account. You may then cancel the leasing subscription & set up a new hosting subscription of only $7.95 monthly & keep the site on our existing server or you can move the site yourself to a different webhost if you wish.

2.  You are free to cancel your leasing subscription at any time. The site would then be put back up for sale and or lease and all admin & cpanel passwords will be changed to protect the security of the site. You will no longer have admin access to the site although you can still continue as a regular member of the program.  

3.  During the leasing period your paypal email address will be set up on the site so that any payments for advertising will go directly to you. These are your profits to keep. Your only cost is the monthly $14.95 leasing subscription payment. Taurman Enterprises will continue to pay the yearly domain name registration during the leasing period.

4. After initially setting up your leasing subscription you will be emailed with all the necessary info to operate the site including cpanel access to the hosting account and admin access to operate the website. This also includes a link to a site manual explaining exactly how the site works & all the admin options available to you.

5. You may not advertise any adult sites nor may you allow any of your site members to do so. If your site is found to be promoting adult content then the lease agreement may be immediately terminated. The site is fully licensed & you are not allowed to copy the script in any way or set up on any other website. The script has copywright protection built in & won't work on any other domain name without being licensed anyway so it would be a waste of time to even try to make or reproduce copies of the site.

  6. It is up to you to backup the database & the site manual explains how to do this. You vow to protect the privacy of all site members & treat their signup information as completely confidential. You may not sell or share any site member info with anyone else.

7. You may not promote the site by any form of spam emails. Your lease will be quickly & immediately terminated if you are found to be sending out any form of spam emails. 

8. You are free to lease the site for as long as you like as long as your hosting subscription is in force. The web hosting will supply you with up to 35 GB of bandwidth monthly. Should you reach the point where the site is going to exceed this amount of bandwidth then you will be offered the option to purchase the site & move it to a different webhost or terminate your leasing subscription.
